Had great difficulty trying to order online, too much to enter. Wound up placing order on phone. Pizza was great. Tried to elaborate on experience with online ordering but when I finished comments, site told me I was too wordy. So much for technology
Wife and I ate lunch (1230) and ordered the adult lunch. Pizzas were warm to cold. Price too high for what is available. No customer review cards at booth. Not impressed. I'll stick to ordering a pizza from now on. -

Used to be my favorite pizza. The location closer to me closed so I tried this location. Pure chaos. No food on the buffet. Sure they were quick to take my order and my money. I had ordered ONE pizza, it still hadn't been put into the oven after 30 minutes or so. Long story short I had to get refund. Plus I saw things in the kitchen, because of the open view & my wait time, that the young man didn't wash his hands & I saw him use his hands to place falling pizza onto the buffet. I'm beyond disappointed & disgusted. I won't be back.

Called a takeout order. 35mins is the time I was told it would take. No big deal. Get to the joint and wait in line another 20mins. No one is managing this place. They're all running around like chickens with there heads cut off. But hey... "They're sorry." It took them an hour to make just two piazzas. Nothing hard or complicated about my order. Needs some serious improvement. Talking to different people in line while waiting....they were all expressing their dissatisfaction with the place. They need to do better.

Would have been better if there wasn't hair baked into it. Lost my appetite. $30 wasted.

Gotta love the pizza buffet. I like both locations on north market street. The newer one (this one) has a newer looking decor and a more open looking restaurant. Pizza buffet is nice with the extra space. Though it can at times feel a bit empty when there isn't a lot of business. Worth checking out.
